Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders as quickly as possible, change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that processing may take longer during holidays and sales events. We process orders Monday to Friday, within 1–3 business days after the order date. Shipping takes place the day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long does delivery take?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 4–6 days.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Are customs duties and taxes applied?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in CHF. You may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

What should I do if I receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?
If you receive a faulty, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or your cancellation request. If you have any issues receiving your refund, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
